Why a real card
A text lands in a thread with forty other messages and is gone by dinner. A card lands in a mailbox, gets carried inside, and ends up on the fridge or the nightstand for weeks. That difference is the whole point of a birthday card — and it’s also why most of us mean to send one and don’t: the trip to buy it, the stamp hunt, the post office.
LifeCard removes every one of those steps except the part that matters. You pick the photo and write the message. We print it on thick 6×9 stock, address it, stamp it, and mail it. And because the card carries a QR code, you can also record a 90-second video — you singing badly, the grandkids waving — that they watch on their phone. Texts disappear. LifeCards get kept.

How it works
- Add the person. Import from contacts or type an address — we check it before printing.
- Make the card. Choose a design, add photos or an AI portrait, write a headline (up to 40 characters) and a message (up to 300).
- Add a video. Optional, up to 90 seconds, recorded or uploaded. It sits behind the QR code on the back.
- Pick the day. Send now or schedule it. The app shows “Order by …” for the date you entered.
- We print, stamp and mail. Within 1 business day. You see Printed → Mailed → Delivered → Scanned → Watched.
