Anniversary cards

Still my favorite.

A LifeCard anniversary card is a real 6×9 card with a photo on the front — the wedding, the two of them last summer — your message on the back, and a QR code that plays a private video. Add the anniversary once and LifeCard reminds you every year, in time to order: 6 business days before for the Southeast, 7 for the rest of the contiguous U.S. $4.99, printing and postage included.

Why a real card

Anniversaries are the dates that slip. Your parents’ fortieth, your sister’s tenth, your own — they arrive on a Tuesday with no warning and you end up texting a heart. A card in the mailbox on the day says you saw it coming and it mattered.

For your own partner, the video matters more than the print: a minute of you saying the thing you don’t say out loud. For your parents or grandparents, the front matters most — dig out the wedding photo, or last year’s porch photo, and put it on a card they’ll keep on the mantle.

Designs and AI styles that suit it

Bloom’s default headline is literally “Happy Anniversary”; Heart Lines is a minimal script-only design (“still my favorite”) for partners; Linen Frame and Golden Hour frame an old photograph well. The AI Photo Studio’s “Golden Vows” style makes an editorial sunset portrait of the couple from a few photos — labeled “AI Generated.”
