One sitting

Your whole Christmas list, in eight steps.

The Christmas flow is built so a family finishes thirty to fifty cards in one evening — one design, one photo, one message you can tweak per person.

  1. 1

    Choose the people

Import from Contacts or add households by hand. Parents, grandparents, the neighbors, the college roommate. “34 people on your list.”

  2. 2

    Pick a design

Evergreen, Snowfall, Tartan, Our Year, Studio Portrait, Snowy Cabin. One design for everyone, or mix.

  3. 3

    Make the family photo

Use a photo you already have, or upload a few snapshots and let the AI Photo Studio make the portrait. No photoshoot? No problem.

  4. 4

    Write the message

One base message, then a line just for Nana, or just for the Millers. Your handwriting-style script on the back of every card.

  5. 5

    Add a video

Record one video for everyone, or a different one for the people who’d want it. The QR on the back does the rest. Add something they can’t print.

  6. 6

    Confirm addresses

Every address is verified before printing. Anything that can’t be verified is flagged so a card never goes to the wrong place.

  7. 7

    Pick the send date

LifeCard recommends an order-by date for each address — December 4–7 for most of the U.S. in 2026 — and warns you about the last safe day. Or schedule it now and forget about it.

  8. 8

    Send

We print, stamp, and mail all of them. Then you watch them land — delivered, scanned, watched — from the Cards tab.

The dates

LifeCard keeps the calendar so you don’t have to.

  • Oct 26

“Christmas is in 60 days. 34 people on your list.” Your first reminder — sixty days out for Christmas, free.

  • Dec 4–7

Recommended order-by dates: Dec 7 for the Southeast, Dec 4 for the rest of the contiguous U.S., Dec 1 for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Cards land the week before Christmas.

  • Dec 10–11

Last safe order-by (Dec 11 Southeast, Dec 10 rest of the contiguous U.S., Dec 7 AK/HI/PR). LifeCard nudges you again now if nothing has been sent; after this it tells you a card may arrive late.

  • Dec 11–24

Expected delivery window — the week before Christmas on the recommended date, by Christmas Eve at the latest. Nothing is delivered on December 25, a postal holiday.

Buy the Holiday Pack whenever you like — LifeCards never expire, so early is free.
