How LifeCards work
Buy once. Use whenever.
Packs are one-time purchases
Not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. Your remaining LifeCards show in the app as a simple count — “38 LifeCards remaining.”
LifeCards never expire
Buy the Holiday Pack in November or in May. Whatever you don’t use this year is waiting next year.
A LifeCard is used when the card is accepted for printing
Not at checkout. If an address can’t be verified, the LifeCard goes back to your balance and the card is flagged “Needs address” so nothing is lost.
The video and the AI photo are never extra
There is no “video edition,” nothing extra to buy to finish a card, and no upcharge at checkout. What you see in the app is what you pay.
Refunds and reprints
A card that hasn’t printed yet can be cancelled or edited freely; a single-card purchase refunds in full. Unused packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase for the unused portion at the pack’s per-card rate. Damaged, defective, or undelivered cards are reprinted and re-mailed at no charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
