How it works
Someone matters. Something’s coming. LifeCard makes sure they feel remembered.
LifeCard is an app that remembers the people and dates that matter, reminds you early, helps you make a personal 6×9 postcard — your photos, your message, an optional AI family portrait and a private QR video — then prints it within 1 business day, stamps it, and mails it for you. You see when it’s delivered and watched. $4.99 for one card, $2.50 each in a pack of 20, $2 each in a pack of 50; printing and postage included.

Seven steps, one evening — or five minutes
- 1
Add the people
Import from your contacts or type a name and address. Add birthdays and anniversaries once. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Thanksgiving are built in.
- 2
We remind you early
Two weeks ahead by default, sixty days for Christmas, and again on the order-by day if nothing’s been sent. Reminders are free, always.
- 3
Make the card
Pick a design, add photos, write a headline (up to 40 characters) and a message (up to 300) in a handwriting-style font. No good photo? The AI Photo Studio makes a portrait from a few snapshots, labeled “AI Generated.”
- 4
Add a video
Record or upload up to 90 seconds. It lives behind a QR code on the back — “Scan for something special ❤️” — and plays in their phone browser, no app needed.
- 5
Confirm the address
We check the address against USPS records before anything is printed, and tell you if something looks off.
- 6
Choose the day
Send now, or schedule it. For every date, LifeCard shows “Order by … for expected arrival before …”, worked out for their address, the week’s postal holidays, and the season.
- 7
We print, stamp and mail
Thick 6×9 stock, printed within 1 business day and handed to USPS First-Class. Then you watch it go: Printed → Mailed → In transit → Delivered → QR scanned → Video watched.
What the card actually is
The front
A thick 6×9-inch postcard — about twice the area of a standard 4×6 — with your photo full-bleed, framed, split or as a collage, and a short headline in a serif, script or clean sans face depending on the design. More than twenty designs across birthday, Christmas, love, thank-you, funny, modern, traditional, minimal, milestones and family, including several built around an AI family portrait.
The back
Your message on the left in a handwriting-style font, up to 300 characters. Below it, the QR code and the caption. On the right, the recipient’s address, a stamp, and the postal barcode. It mails as a postcard — no envelope — which is why it costs what it costs and arrives in days.
The video
Up to 90 seconds, recorded in the app or uploaded from your camera roll. It opens on a private page: “Private link — anyone with this LifeCard link can watch. It isn’t listed anywhere.” They can tap a reaction back. How the QR link works.

Common questions
Does the person I send it to need the app?
No. They get a real card in the mail. To watch the video they point their phone camera at the QR code and a web page opens. No app, no account, no login.
How fast is it?
Cards are printed and handed to USPS within one business day (orders after 2 pm Eastern count as the next business day). First-Class postcards usually take 3–5 business days in the Southeast and 4–6 elsewhere in the contiguous U.S.; 6–9 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. December adds up to 3 business days. The full math.
Is the video really included?
Yes. Every LifeCard includes the private QR video, the AI family photo, printing, postage and delivery. There is no upcharge for any of them.
Are the AI portraits obvious?
They carry a small “AI Generated” label on the card, always. You upload your own photos, choose a style, and approve the result before it prints. How the studio works.
Do LifeCards expire?
No. A pack of 20 or 50 sits in your balance until you use it — this Christmas, next year’s birthdays, whenever.
Can I send fifty at once?
Yes — that’s the Christmas flow. Import your list, design once, personalize the message per person if you like, add one video or several, and we mail all of them. 50 Christmas cards. $100. Done.
